4 Ways to Feel Better and Recharge Again

Welcome, beautiful! Today I hope to make you feel better by giving you some of my best tips for recharging.

They’ll really help you recharge your battery and feel great again if you tend to be SUPER busy. Or if you tend to do the exhaustion-induced Facebook scroll. Or if you’ve wondered where your sparkle has gone…

If you don’t know me yet, I’m Nathalie, I’m a Holistic Nutritionist and I help women who are ready to go after their health, body, energy levels and dreams. I came from total exhaustion, drinking espresso’s everyday, and recharged myself naturally with nutrients, herbs, superfoods and tips like the ones below, until I got energized to live one of my dreams – running a full marathon! 🙂 Now I help women do the same so they can thrive, feel passionate about their days and have more fun in their lives.

4 Ways to Feel Better Fast (by recharging YOU!):

1. Turn Off Your Computer to Feel Better Fast:

If you’re at work and you need it on for now, fine. But as soon as you get home or somewhere that you CAN turn it off, do. Don’t just turn off the monitor, don’t just set it to ‘sleep’. Fully and completely turn it off.

This creates distance from everyone who needs you, and reminds you that you’re in control, that you’re important to you, and that you’re creating time for yourself to relax and feel better. Bonus Go-Getter Tip: unplug your landline phone if you have one, too.

2. Turn Off Your Phone or Use An App Like Offtime to Feel Better Fast:

I love the Offtime App. It’s free to download on both iTunes and the Play Store, and it gives you control of what to block. Find out more right here.

So, for instance, if you’re exhausted, and going to late-night scroll through Facebook, Youtube, Reddit or Attack of The Cute and keep yourself up yet again, you can restrict access to those sites, and stop all notifications from beeping, lighting up, or giving their little ever-so-enchanting-must-just-check-what-that-is icon into your notifications bar.

The best part? You get total control. You set how long you want to restrict access for, you can stop it if you ABSOLUTELY need to, you can set up ways for notifications to come through from certain people (if you’re waiting for a call or want to make sure someone got home safe), but not others, and when the timer ends for your time without notifications, it lets you know everything you missed.

The part I love most? As soon as I turn it on (to block everything), it says, “Relax. Your device is at peace. Enjoy your ( OFFTIME ).” Even just seeing that can make you feel better pretty instantly!

3. Get Your Butt into Nature to Feel Better Fast:

I’m not saying you have to drive one million hours out into the country. Even walk to a park nearby. Or a valley. Or a little river. Or the ocean.

Whatever you’ve got around you that has trees, flowers, fresh air, greenery, USE IT!

Your body naturally relaxes when you’re outside and in nature, so take advantage of how your body works to feel better fast!

4. Heal Your Energy Levels to Feel Better Naturally:

It is SO important to heal up your energy levels because it’s the ultimate way to feel better every day, all day long. We’re so busy, so exhausted, so over-using sugar, it’s wild.

When I started to put in place the step-by-step systems I walk you through in The Glow Membership Program videos, that was when I took myself from completely exhausted to energized enough to live my dreams.
