Motivation to Help You Workout

I hope you’re having the best day.

I know it can be hard to make workouts a priority sometimes, so I wanted to share a few inspiring reasons why it’s so awesome for you, with the hopes it will help you make it happen today.

One of the most overlooked parts of your body is your lymph, the liquid that flows through your lymphatic system. It’s so important because it brings fresh white blood cells into your bloodstream so that your immune system can be more efficient at fighting off bacteria. This system also helps to remove cancer cells.

But unlike your circulatory system (which has a heart), your lymphatic system doesn’t have a big pump.

That means that the only way for lymph to be pushed back into your bloodstream is through exercise.

When you jump, your impact back on the ground forces the lymph upwards and back into your bloodstream where it can go to work.

I’m not saying you have to run a marathon every day, but even low to moderate amounts of exercise with some level of impact on the ground can help out your lymphatic system massively. Rebounding (jumping on a trampoline) is especially fabulous for this.

So help your sweet bod out and do some kind of workout today.
