How much water should you drink?
Generally, an awesome reco is half of your body weight (pounds) in ounces of water.
So if you weigh 200 lbs, jump into drinking 100 ounces of water.
If you weigh 140, aim for 70 ounces of water.
What can you add to your water to help it go down nicer?
